I haven't been around for a few months due to my work/life schedule. Doesn't look like there's much activity here as it used to be. Lots more spammers too.

Just checking in to say what's up.

It's been too hard to sort through the spam recently in the last few weeks so many aren't really active anymore because of it unfortunately.

Thankfully the spammers seem to have been given the push and there can be some normal conversations here.
I'm new myself, so I'm hoping it will be good for me

I forgot to check back on this thread. I haven't been making much progress. I started a new job in November where I'm commuting 1.5-2 hours each way. I haven't been working out and I've been really slacking on my diet. Those are all excuses. I need to get my mind back in the right place and to get going again. I'm not gaining any weight though. I'm stalled at 240 and about 25% body fat.

I have bought some equipment for my basement so I don't have to go to the gym. I've got a nice bench, dumbells and pull-up bar. I just need to get down there and use them.

Mark upgraded the mods access so that we can nuke the spammers rather than just eliminating their posts.

I've been catching up on the spam. Some of it was truly vile, and if I were new here I'd be totally turned off by it. If users keep reporting the spam, I should better be able to keep up with it.
