Hey..just wondering..im a student, so as you can see, there are some compromises that are "hard to break" and those interrumpt bodybuilding (diet and routine) activities...personally, im a low carber, i love it for cutting and i would love to try it for bulking, simply i love that..and im kind of afraid of gaining fat with high carb diet bulk, so..i dont know if i should try to adapt GLAD diet in a way that i follow 100% strictly the diet for 5 consecutive days or maximum 6, and then 1 entire day (Weekend) could cheat all day or something like that..just for the sanity of the diet and trying to adapt it to a lifestyle. So, that makes me think, is it really possible to GLAD that way and still being different from a High carb bulk diet (in gaining fat) or try MANS (if i can get the same results wit less fat gaining)..
