Your name is suspicious and the fact that you've named a couple of products as your one and only post is too. Please make sure you don't use this forum to post things where the only purpose is to advertise for a product or website, ok? Keep it focused on natural bodybuilding and you will be most welcome here, I assure you!

I am currently using Monohydrate, but have used BSN's Cellmass before and am looking to try it again. Both have seemed to work pretty good.

I do have a question though. Is it bad to take both? IE: Monohydrate in the morning and then Cellmass for post-workout recovery.

They are both creatine so I wouldnt think they would conflict with each other.... anyone have any advice on this?

There are many factors that go into finding the supplementation plan that produces the best results for you. The type you take, the way you take it, when you take it, the creatine dosage you use as well as your body's unique characteristics will all play major roles.

One thing is for sure, creatine is not a supplement that you can just take any old way and expect to achieve maximum results. By learning how to take creatine effectively you can greatly enhance your results.

Aww shucks :(
I just bought a bottle of ethyl ester because it said something about not needing insulin for uptake (Which I won't be having much of since I'm on TSPA
