Can anyone tell me the GL Load of eggs because I have found some GL sites say 0 and some sites say 2 medium boiled eggs is 5GL and 10GL? Also I can’t find GL Load for Cottage Cheese.

There's not enough carbs in either of those foods to get any kind of real significant GL value, which is probably why you have a hard time finding them. You don't eat protein-based animal products and then worry about their GL, that's just silly.

I don't know how someone came up with up to 10 GL for 2 eggs. An egg only has like 2g of carbs, you'd have to have an impossible GI value of 250 to get 5 GL of out that.

Eggs and regular cottage cheese you can safely say will have less than 1 GL. Maybe some low fat cottage cheese that has a bit of added sugar to make up for the lack of fat might be in the 2's, but that's as much as you're getting.
