You can still have bacon on glads, the saturated fat is around 6.6 grams per 100 grams a pack holds 8 rashers at 250g weight so that's 31 grams a rashers is only 2.2 grams of sat 2x rashers for breakfast seems ok. Or if you really going low fat try extra lean!

So far I've done THT on two different diet cycles, the first MANS and the second GLAD. and so far, GLAD has been totally awesome. it means you can basically eat like a regular person, and build muscle at the same time. I say go GLAD man.

I would like to mention I too am starting to get the GLAD diet rules and will be starting the diet next week. I have found one problem when coming to serving size not all data based sites agree on GL numbers. Also they say wholemeal pitta bread is 9 GL for a 30g serving but a normal size pitta weighs 60g so do I eat half the pitta?????

Found this data site has loads

100 grams of canned Wild Pacific Pink Salmon
2x Eggs Whole (110g)
Sprinkle of oats
Lettuce
Couple slice tomato

Mix the salmon with the eggs add the oats make into a ball and flatted to a burger shape and grill or fry. The oats will bind everything together and absorb the egg mixture.

100g salmon burger:
Calories 286,
Protein 33.8,
Carbs 0.9, at 16.3
Sat fat 4.42

I haven’t add calories, protein, carbs, or fat for bun but the hole GL total is 10 to12

actually that recipe looks amazing, just have to see what about the bun, and then you have a delicious hamburguer..you could also use an extra lean ground beef pattie..=)
