MILK PWO GLAD

Does milk could match our caloric or macros requirements in GLAD? specially in postworkout nutrition?..i know Mark has shown studies where shows that carbs are no needed in pwo nutrition, but if you are training its supposed that you are using extra calories, so that pwo shake could be using that calories from extra proteins and extra carbs, i mean, a mixture of 1/2 scoop whey + 500ml full fat milk..that would only bring 6GLS, maybe throw in half of a fruit to complete the 15GLs or maybe play with it..what do u think about it? Also, if you its a nonworkout day, you just skip that shake..so you are not consuming the calories that actually would be consumed in other meals as extra carbs..
