1 week diet plan

Is there a 1 week diet plan anywhere i can follow for the MANs or GLAD diet which shows amounts of protein , carbs, fat and calories consumed each day also some of the recipes dont show what they all contain on this website as mentioned above, can any one help me please

I have my one day pla out on paper. if you like i could type it up for you and send it to you. although I'm a vegetarian so yeah, you might not be eating exactly what i eat haha

Copy this scrambled piece of shit onto MICROSOFT WORD and then put the font as Courier New 10.5.

Sorry it doesn't want to format properly on here. I tried all the tags and everything. And keep in mind I havent found a good BRAND NAME cereal with a low GL point. so hook me up if you know of one. And if you cant notice i hate salad and shit like that. and finally i dont know the GL points of a veggie dog. Thanks. This is half an hour + in the making haha (typing only)

You say you are a vegetarian can't see a veggi insight :lol: 30g of All-Bran is around 6 gls..

actually Allbran Original has only 2.5GLS per 40g in Mexico =).. i dont know the reasons of why it changes in other countries..but in Mexico it only has 7gr of carbs per serving and 11g of fiber...

what other kinds of crackers could i eat beasides ryvita? when i go to the market what type should i put attention on?wholewheat?

Ryvita Dark Rye per cracker is 4.5 GL has a 69 scale on the gi index 1x cracker is 6.6g carbs.

lmao yeah im hardcore aint i? i'm just a picky eater and i dont think we should feast on dead animals. even if it does mean i have veggie dogs and bread and veggie burgers haha :mrgreen:
