Hey

It sounds like you're weighing yourself too frequently, once a week is fine, more and you'll drive yourself mad wondering why your weight goes up and down (which is down to hydration levels, amongst other things... think how heavy a 2 litre bottle of water is). Anyway, weight yourself once a week, same time every week. Some weeks you might get odd results even then but you will see a trend over time, just stick with it.

As for supps, they are not the magic formula to weight gain, just a more convenient way of getting protein. What you have is fine. If you're not gaining weight don't blame the supps, the key to geining weight is to follow a routine to the letter i.e. Mark's THT programme with either the MANS or GLAD diet. Don't neglect the diet, it's just as important as the exercise. Don't miss breakfast, eat often and you'll be fine. I gained 6kg following THT and eating 5 times a day and I wasn't taking any supps at all, and I also find it hard to gain weight, so it is possible. Good luck!

Definitely check out the THT programme, don't try to make your own, there's no point when you have access to one proven to work (and it's free). With the meals, you will find a way if you really want to. You can always bring a can of tuna with you, or make scrambled eggs the night before and bring them with you in a tupperware. Even a glass of milk will help. But if you're only eating breakfast, lunch and dinner then you will miss out on the real gains. It's not that you're a hard gainer you just might not be eating enough.

Try not to fall into the trap of buying protein supplements that are full of sugars and fats unless you're going for mass.
The beauty of this is that you can diet down afterwards.
Personally, I can't even look at anything with carbs in it, although I'm trying longjack soon to see if it , combined with tribulus and zma will boost my testo, which will in turn burn more fat

I used to use Promax and Promax Extreme when I lived in the UK, both are good. The plain old Promax is the best I think.
