5 days in a row ?

Hey Peoples :)

Ive just come across the THT workout and am going to give it ago. Im pretty new to all this (only been training 6 months) so im still not 100% on things..

It looks like on the program you are meant to workout 5 days in a row, is that correct ?
if so, whats the reasoning behind it ? I always thought you were meant to have a day off every couple of workouts ?

Hey there, yes 5 days in a row is correct.
You are working different body parts each day so you dont need a a day between each workout. You are hammering specific areas then having a week for them to recover.
If you were doing a full body workout 3 times a week you would need to leave recovery time between each session.
