Ive just come across the THT workout and am going to give it ago. Im pretty new to all this (only been training 6 months) so im still not 100% on things..
It looks like on the program you are meant to workout 5 days in a row, is that correct ?
if so, whats the reasoning behind it ? I always thought you were meant to have a day off every couple of workouts ?
