Screw the ideal structure.
Worry about yourself, one day at a time, your progress and no one else's.
My guess is you could fill out the top of your pear shape like I did.
There are A LOT more weightlifters than you know that have this same complex.
go easy on the leg presses they add to the hips.
go heavy on the shoulders chests and arms and maybe back.
What you wear helps.
