back and shoulders?

back and shoulders?

Hello, i need to bring up my shoulders and back with the rest of my body, whats the best way to approach this? train them twice? prioritize and train first?
I need more lat spread and general all round size for shoulders.
any help grateful.

The first things i would ask are, are you on a building or cutting diet?
What exercises and rep ranges are you currently doing?
Are you getting stronger at these exercises?
How often are you training your shoulders.
and, how long have you been doing your current training program for?
