Good Day! I was at the gym a few weeks back and all the laying bench press were taken with the exception of one laying beneath the "Smith". It had been a while so i decided to do something different. My experience was the same - more reps with more weight. I finished thinkig about what excersize is better for muscle growth, strength and/or shaping. FYI - I follow by bench with Incline Dumbells, Seated dumbell press, decline bench and finish with flyes of some sort (dumbells, machine or cables).
