I have been benchpressing for the past few months with an EZ bar. only because i have a very low-budget home gym and i cant afford a regular bar.
HOWEVER, i honestly think the EZbar is stinting my progress. I have been stuck lifting between 80 and 85 pounds. (im young too
So yeah, i'd like to know if it would really help my benchpress if i bought a regular straight bar. thanks and stay fit
