Hi. Hope to get a little guidance on this please? I've just changed my routine to concentrate on Bar Bell squat, Deadlift, Bench and Press. Apart from weighted dips supersetted with pulldowns and pull ups after my bench, this is all I do. Now. I do about two warm up sets before each exercise, building up to my working set. I then do ONE working set. To failure. Then I move on. At least this is the intention. My question is this. Is this enough? I try and do this 3 days a week, break inbetween each day.
What are your thoughts?
