Hello all,

I have been on low card diet for 3/4 weeks now. Results have been great. I am know 140 lbs and I am 5ft 10. I believe BF
to be around 15%. From what I understand I need to lose another 12/13 lbs of fat. I can definitely feel a significant amount of
fat on top of abs.

I just feel that I may look particularly skinny at this weight, and I wondered if anyone else was or is in a similar pos

I too am dealing with 'stubborn' belly fat. Are you on any particular program for fat loss or weight training for addidtional muscle mass? If not, no need to re-invent the wheel. Just plug into one of Mark's plans that fits your goals. My wife is having awesome ressults with TSPA and, at 44 yrs old, I am really liking Total Anabolism (waiting on the new program). The biggest thing is find a plan that works toward your personal goals and stick with it.

Good Luck to you

You will look particularly skinny at that weight, absolutely. You probably look pretty skinny at your current weight. It's a question of goal - if you want to be skinny, then congratulations, you are skinny. I'm betting what you want is to be muscular - in which case, skinny is just a stop along the way. Same issue here - I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay under my long term goal in terms of weight, and realistically it'll be a couple years before I get there. I also know I'm guaranteed to have to put up with a couple more cut cycles between now and then, and that for me personally the big gamble is always whether or not my body decides to go into flip-out mode again. That's all just part of the game. So, for the sake of my own sanity, I set intermediary goals at those stops along the way. Like I knew I'd have to get the fat off, so I made being skinny an intermediary goal. That way, I can look at it as "Yay! I've knocked this goal down! NEXT!!" rather than being bummed out that on my long-range goal I've now got to pack on an absurd amount of muscle.
