Confused about cycle1 please help

Hi guys im a tht newb and well my problem is. I want to start my first cycle the 8-12 cycle 1 and i see on thursday is chest but its just te order of the work out is strange to me it goes something along the lines of flat benc then pec deck for 2 set a back and fourth between FB and PD so im just confused on whats the correct order of the cycle 1 chest day :( pleaseee help

Yeah it can be a bit confusing.

Set 1 - Bench Press - rest 3 min
Set 2 - Pec Deck - rest 3 min
Set 3 - Pec Deck then immediately after superset with Bench Press - rest 4 min
Set 4 - Pec Deck then immediately after superset with Bench Press - rest 5 min

You forgot set 5, which is another bench press on its own.

but am i always no matter what push the wait to the most i can do like never back down from the weigh?

The first set after working up would be your biggest weight.

I found for the supersets I had to back off on the weight a bit to keep in the rep range. Once you can get to the top of the rep range its time to up the weight.

Not sure what your overall goals are but be consitent, make sure your eating right and you will be on the right path.
