Confusion in Workout Log

Hi !

Im a bit confused when looking in to the workout log !

take for example Monday !

It says i need to do 1 st Set Sqats

2 nd Set Sqats


but next colomn says : rest after set 3

Can you please help me understand better workout log for this !!

Which workout are you refering to ?

I mean the THT 3 Day Split Workout Log ! Atm im doing 8 - 12 rep cycle !

Im realy confused lookin on this chart !

1st set squats Rest after set 3
2 nd set sqauts Rest after set 3

Does this mean i need to do Sqats 2 times in 3 sets or im making a mistake somewhere :D
Im realy confused on all workouts with this rest after set column .. !


And yes thank you for showing interest in my little problem :D

The rest after set indicates how many minutes you should rest before doing the next set in the workout

Set 1 - Squats 8 to 12 reps
Rest 3 minutes
Set 2 - Squats 8 to 12 reps
Rest 3 minutes
Set 3 - Leg Press 8 to 12
Rest 3 minutes
Set 4 - Leg Press 8 to 12
Rest 3 minutes
Set 5 - Leg Curls 8 to 12
Rest 2 minutes
