I have been doing Marks leg routines for a while and would like change and shake up has anybody got any creative ideas :idea:

Why not wait till Mark's new THT comes out should be pretty soon or switch exercise from the THT exercise bank. I myself at the moment am not following any THT cycle right now but might cycle in a THT on my next cycle.

I have same problem as you JoH start a new cycle Monday and was hoping for the New THT.

No matter. Dusted off the old 2.0 logs - though I may re-work the shoulder routine on that, we'll see.
