I think it looks pretty good and might try it out. I wouldn't say I'm skinny, although I used to be.
Does anyone think this will work to put muscle on - it's a full body workout, and the same muscle groups are worked twice, sometimes three times, a week. It has a low rep range (e.g. 4x4) but alternates with high rep ranges for smaller muscle groups like calves (3x30) and abs (3x30).
Looks like fun. Anyone think this will be effective?
