I've been on THT 3.1 and GLAD for 7 weeks now and really impressed with the results I've had. Thanks Mark! Unfortunately due to an area of superficial melanoma on my elbow, I am going to have to layoff weight training (about 2 weeks) to allow the excision to heal and have the stitches removed. Would now be a good time to start TSPA since the first week of low carb can be an off gym week while your body switches to metabolizing fat? What about eating on your week off, same amounts of protein, creatine & glutamine? I'd really like to minimize any losses as I'm a hard gainer, currently at 13-14% BF.
