If you are referring to German body comp...then yes, good stuff. If it's something different then I'm not sure. Haha sorry!

Not really a good program.
GVT uses same weight for 10 sets of 10 reps. The first 3 or 4 sets aren't to failure, but they're also too heavy and too numerous to be considered warm-up because you never hit the muscles with the max overload weight you can. When you finally are training to failure in the middle and late sets with that weight, you're only doing so because of lactic acid build-up that hasn't cleared out due to the limited rest time (60-90 seconds max) between sets.
