If the picture is on the internet so there is a url for the image like the banner image at the top of the forum you then click the Img up top the posting area which will create {img}{/img} except its not { its actually a [ and you put the url for the image in the middle.

So {img}http://www.bodybuildingforum.ie/styles/prosilver/imageset/Banner1.jpg{/img} except replace the { and } with [ and ]

Hopefully that makes sense.

Am living in Korea and you should see some of the stuff they do here... haha Prime example is walking/jogging backwards on a treadmill while using a shake weight... Another fun one to watch from a distance is the bench press toss up... They use a light enough weight so they can release the bar and catch it. I stand clear of such exciting procedures! Of course reading the newspaper while walking slowly on the treadmill for 30 mins followed by a couple of pullups and a shot of instant coffee loaded with cream and sugar is also highly acceptable.

What happened to the pain involved in good old heavy lifting being enough pain to handle!!

I'm just a noob to the board. But have enjoyed reading posts. =) Hoping to see some pay offs from the hard work you are referring to.

Cheers,
