Had too much to drink and not enough sleep

It's my chest workout today, except last night I had a little too much to drink. I probably slept about 2 hours last night and this morning woke up still drunk and feeling sick.
Is it better to postpone this workout for tomorrow or attempt to tackle it today? If I was to do it today, what can you suggest for me to make it more effective?
It's a great thing when you realise you still have the ability to suprise yourself

well if you're still feeling drunk i wouldn't suggest doing the workout this morning. if you have time, you could wait til the afternoon to work out, and try to sneak a nap in before hand. when you drink alcohol it thins your blood, making it less efficient at carrying nutrients, so you wouldn't get the benefit of any workout you would do while still in a partially innebriated state... that being said, the thinned blood also means less oxygen being carried to the muscles, so you would be considerably weaker as well
