Hey I had a couple of questions about the HIT Cycle. First I think in the book Mark says the routine should be like MWF but I already can tell that I will need one more day of rest between workouts, is it bad to do that (I honestly think it isn't but I've always been told to follow Marks workouts to a T)? Second can I swap out exerices every week? For example instead of Squats do leg press and instead of pull downs do cable rows or should I stick with same exrices thru the 10 week cycle then the next time around swap out?
Any feedback would be great!!!!
