Giving the HIT cycle a crack coz work has picked up and its a lot easier to only go to the gym 2 work days a week (plus 1 on the week end). Feelin good so far, one set of controlled reps to complete failure per body part. Oh and i'm feelin it alright

. Anyway i was wondering if anyone else has made any good muscle gains on this cycle. Would be good to see some mini testimonials on this particular cycle.
