Hi,
Ive finished the THT 10 week programme and now on my week off. I've seen some good gains and like the programme so far. MY question is, eventhough I've read the manual and re read again, its about the warm up.
It says the squats or Leg press warm up is sufficient, but I'm a bit concerned that even after that, to just jump on bench and hit the weight straight away is a bit of a worry. Is this correct, or would say a 50% warm up be a good idea?
