Hey, I've been wondering about this too.
I just started Volume 1 cycle of THT, and it says to hit each major muscle group one day a week. Now, I'm used to working out on an A-B schedule, where I split all the muscle groups into two days and alternate between them - with only 48 hours of rest between them. That may be insufficient rest, I realize now.... but going from every other day to only once a week? Does a muscle group really need 168 hours to rest? Seems like a huge under-utilization to me.
