Hey Homies,
I'm midway through week five of TA 2.0... I've seen consistent gains especially being the "Definition" of a "Hard-Gainer" Picking up any kind of weight for me is kinda a challenge, but this seems to be working like a true champion.
Anyway, my query is this. I've gotten consistently stronger on all excercises. Doing my utmost best to beat all records week on. But When I looked down this morning and still being stiff from Mondays chest workout I noticed something funny. (I have less than 10% body fat so I'm ripped to the core. Woman can grate cheese on these abs.

lol so my muscles are extremely defined). The issue is my outer pecks are shaping up really nicely however right in the center of my actual peck it dips inwards. Top outer and under peck muscles are great but it dips inwards in the middle. I don't get it. I do Dumpbell flies, However when I do them I don't feel any tension on the inner peck it feels like the outside is being ripped to shreds though, logically to me flies are supposed to work the inner. A mate of mine has the exact same problem, he's sticking to Peck deck though and it's slowly but surely started fixing the issue. Is there perhaps some form of special grip or something like that that I can fix this with? It's not prononced in the way that it looks abnormal. In fact people wouldn't even notice it, but when my chest is pumped I can see it and it looks weird and wrong, and I don't want to carry on when later I'll look like Dr Octagon sliced out my middle peck to feed his tentacle army.
How does one overcome this.
