Okay. Enough small talk. I just started my new workout routine and I'm not looking to get ripped or build massive muscle, although I wouldn't mind giving my already huge traps another growth spurt. I just want to be strong and badass hehheh. Here's my workout
Hanging leg raise
Hanging knee raise to side
leg ups
pushups
standing dumbbell calf raises
bench press
barbell curl
barbell row
barbell press behind neck
dumbbell lunges
dumbbell shrug
lying leg curls
chin ups
pullups (i do my chin ups slightly different)
the "plank"
bench dips
I was just looking for feedback from anyone who would be so kind. Just tell me what you thing of it and if you have any suggestions like replacing one of the exercises with a different one or adding any new ones to it.
