Measuring Chest & Arms Progress

Postby necromanc on Mon Mar 21, 2011 1:11 am

This weekend I made 1 month since I've started taking pictures ( each week ) to track my progress. Meanwhile my progress in how much weight I lift improved with around 30-40% since I started, but I can't see to many results in pictures. Now I'm wondering after 1 month of training how much changes can you notice ? And how should I measure my progress best ( since I can't see to many things in the pictures only progress in my strenght ).

I would say watch your progress by how much weight you are doing. What I've noticed is visually you won't see much, then out of nowhere you'll get a bulking time where it just packs on. Try adjusting your photos also like week 1, week 5, week 10. I found that with mine I noticed a big difference from week 1 to 5, then 5 to 10. If it's weekly, you won't notice as much.
