For now, do whatever you're doing during lifting because Mark's releasing THT 3.0 within a week(hopefully). Since you're skinny and thin, I'd eat anything right now. Of course, emphasize more on the better foods, but sometimes a large McDonald's shake to get those calorines in isn't that bad. First, like richard said, get down the basics which you'll read in the new THT 3.0. Don't eat meals that make you completely full, split 'em up more(preferably 6 meals a day). Read the exercise articles that Mark has been recently posting before releasing the complete book.
