I recently started at a new Gym with new Gym partners. Now I trained 2.0 THT for ten weeks, made really good gains, however, I tweaked my program with my new Gym partners to incorporate Super, Triple and sometimes QUAD Drupel Super Sets to hit High intensity, High Volume, all over a Five Day split.
So still sticking to Failure every set, sticking to an 8 and 12 to 15 rep range. and keeping rest periods etc all in account.
Now question is:
On you tube, there is a crew of Muscle guys that have ultimate core strength. These guys are HUGE! SUPER CUT! Eight Pack kinda Shit. And they Do Muscle Ups, Swinging in full control like a pendulum on a single steel bar. And a whole lot of other Gymnastic type strength acts. It almost loks like they have a piece of string tied to their legs when they swing around and balance with full control, but it's just pure strength and power. They Guys are as huge and Cut as Mark, but they have this awesome core strenght. So everyday after every training session, we do Pull ups with close (like both hands touching) under and over grip. I can do close to fifteen pull ups both ways and I've tried a muscle up, it's just super hard. I managed one with absolute agony. Is it possible to do this everyday incorporated into the THT training cycle.
I think it's stupid to just "Get BIG" and walk around like a neanderthal. I want Functional Strong Power muscles as well as size. Any tips on this would be appreciated.
