I'm using OpenOffice.org Calc and made a file to contain my workout log (actually, I modified the one Krs posted). I suppose I can have a "sheet" for each workout week which will be about 47 weeks if I break every 10 weeks. I made it so that I will print one sheet per week to take to the gym on a clipboard, record my lifting each day and enter the data into the computer version when I get home each night.
How does this look? Anything you would change, other than the legs on the last day which someone mentioned?
