New to this, but very interested. I've been plateauing lately and in dire need of change. I came across THT and everything seemed viable. I would like to start next week but I have a couple of questions:
1.) After my first volume cycle (yet to be determined) do I have to go the HIT/3 day cycle next before ending the macro cycle back on a 5 day split?
I was a litle bit confused in the e-book as to whether I alternate 5 day splits (whatever cycle) with 3 day splits.
2.) Have any users of the 3 day split (not HIT) but the "time-saver", been able to keep the workouts down to an hour or less? It seems like a lot to get done in that crucial hour and under time format. I calculated a pretty high number of rest periods that seems to extend the overall gym session beyond and hour.
