Need help setting alternate exercises on the new THT 4.0

Was stoked to see the newest 4.0 out just in time for me to start a cycle, but my problem with the new THT 4.0 is that my gym is so busy, there's just almost no way I can bounce back and forth between a couple of different machines. Use the 8-12 rep cycle 1 workout as an example, on chest day it goes:

1st Barbell Bench Press
2nd Pec Deck
3rd Pec Deck
3rd Barbell Bench Press
4th Pec Deck
4th Barbell Bench Press
5th Barbell Bench Press

Once i grab a smith machine, I gotta stick at it until im done or someone else will grab it. Same with the pec dec...

Also, no barbells to be used, only dumbells and machines.

So looks like I'll have to stick to the older THT workouts unless I can figure out how to modify with alternate exercises....Hoping to start a fresh THT cycle next Monday. Looks like I will need some input!!


Specific questions are...

1. How to modify the back and forth between machines on the chest workout?
2. Instead of the overhead press using the barbell, should I use dumbells, smith machine, or pulley machine? Which would be the best replacement?
3. What is the best replacement for french curls for triceps since we have no short bars or barbells?
