Is there any negative ramifications for consolidating the THT volume cycle from five days to three days, making it three days just like the HIT cycle?
Mark suggests a 5 days split to emphasize a specific part a day - Mondays - Shoulders/Traps - Tuesdays - Legs - Wedsdays - Chest/Abs - Thursdays - Back/Biceps - Fridays - Triceps ..
I follow Mark's execize program to a T, hitting one body part per week at the rep/volume Mark suggests except for the fact that I currently do (Wedsnday AND Thurs) Chest/Back/Biceps one day, (Tuesday AND Monday) Legs/Shoulders/Traps one day, and (Friday) Triceps/Abs on a third day out of time constraint.. So that it still leaves a day rest in between body parts that may intertwine.. I know Mark suggests to keep workouts under 45-50 mins, but I feel as if I am efficiently able to match that time most of the time doing this routine as well.
