Seriously, if you can get access to one, learn to set the height of the seat exactly right, mind your form - hold your back straight against the board and drive the motion with your elbows - and you'll know exactly the muscles you need to work, because they'll be on fire every time you work them. I'm not aware of anything at all that will hit them harder or more directly. If your gym doesn't have one, nag until they do, or join a gym that's got one.
