The muscle you want to work is your lats. (latissimus dorsi) Here is a link to a bunch of exercises for your lats.

Three words:

Lat. Pullover. Machine.

Seriously, if you can get access to one, learn to set the height of the seat exactly right, mind your form - hold your back straight against the board and drive the motion with your elbows - and you'll know exactly the muscles you need to work, because they'll be on fire every time you work them. I'm not aware of anything at all that will hit them harder or more directly. If your gym doesn't have one, nag until they do, or join a gym that's got one. :)

This isn't the first time that I have heard about the Lat Pullover Machine being a great excercise for the back. If I wanted to add this into my THT workout should I add it to my back day, or should I substitute the Lat pulover for one of the excercises that I am currently doing on THT 2.0 (or any THT for that mattter)? Currently I am doing three sets of Deadlifts, and three sets of Bent Over Barbell Rows . Should I add in two or three sets of the Lat Pullover Machine or just do three sets of the Lat Pullover instead of the three sets of Bent Over Barbell Rows that I am currently doing?

Drop one set of rows, add two sets of lat pullovers - and do them last.
