Hi! AsILayDaing here, 20 years old.
I've been going to the gym for 6 years on and off season, and has been dreaming of that perfect body ever since. lol
i recently bought ON Amino 2222 and ON Creatine 2500 for supplements
i weigh 70 lbs

have no sport :geek:

and currently look like this.

and I just started my 1st day of the 5 day split!
I just wanna try this workout if it's really that good.

I was just wondering if i could have the same results as the others have in the testimonies
even if i don't have the proper diet and supplements but still do the stuff written in total anabolism 3.1?

Hi there and welcome :D

You can still get great results without suppliments, they just give you an added edge.

Diet however is another matter. If you want any chance of success you need the proper diet. There are 3 very good ones here MANS and GLAD are both bodybuilding diets and freely available on the main site. TSPA is more for fat loss and is available for a very reasonable price.

If you are serious about starting up I would highly advise you look at those 3 and pick one that suits you best otherwise you are fighting a losing battle.

hi AsILayDaing ,

I have to completely agree with eleischner , that is the best advice you will get before any weight training advice, Diet is so important and your body and muscles just wont grow without it being in tip top form. I personnally use supplements as eating 6 meals a day just ain't an option for me! so i have my three solid basic meals that everyone should have and i also have CNP-PRO Mass which in my country is a good price and works great for me! i also use creatine and take multi vitamins, this ans also a good body building workout plan will in time build good solid muscle mass. Just remember you need to balance your calories and protein in take, you don't want to chuck loads of calories in and not have a work out plan to burn them!

I wish you the best of luck! Happy Training! :-)
