So I started on the six pac challedge about 8 weeks ago, but I knew something was wrong, long story short.... found my problem and last week dropped 5kg of which included probably 4.5kg of muscle but C'est la vie.....
anyway I am working about 700km south of my home and I refuse to pay for gym membership in new zealand capital (stupid prices)
I have however got some pre paid swimming sessions in which I have got up to 1.8km a session. So I am planning on carrying on swimming getting up to 3km by xmas.
(wedding is in January..... and I may now fit into my suit trousers although not very comfortably I would rather get back some of my upper size as well)
anyway long intro, my question is... with no gym what is my best workout plan. everything I write I start argueing with myself about.
I do however do some long walks/small jogs as well.
