Hi Guys , I am totaly with the THT program , can someone please just tellme if that is your every day program ? Do you start your program from the top to bottom in one day , caus you then actually train the hole body in one day , every day??? Is that how it works ??? :D

Read the fucking book bro. You figure out your own rest time. It's all explained in TA 3.0.

TA 3.1 came out anyways, it's in the archives so just do that...

Hey yeah that's the idea of it, full body workout then rest period which is anything between 2-5 days depending on how your body reacts to it. And when you train again you should be stronger and can manage more reps and soon heavier weights.

You need to read the book thoroughly though as you have to get everything right to make it work. It's worth it though!

You probably could train every day if you want to cause yourself a serious injury. As been advised read the book from start to finish, dont miss any sections and you will probably find you dont need to ask questions after that.
