Hey guys I was on TSPA and switched over to MANS and the new THT 4.0 but I have been having problems with deadlifts. Now that legs are done on Tuesday and then Deadlifts happen Thursday I have not been able to do them because my legs are still too sore from Tuesday. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there were any fixes for it. I thought of going to a six day split where i would do just abs on wednesday then chest thursday so that there would be two solid days of no legs then I coud hit up back Friday and Tris Saturday. Like I said its just a thought but any and all feed back is welcomed
