I am going to start tht tomorrow and was looking through some of the stuff. I only have access to some dumbbells, resistance bands, pull-up bar and I now made a suspension trainer to allow me to do stuff like inverted rows/ dips and what not.
I was wondering since I don't have the ability to do leg presses/ extensions/ curls. Nor do I have the ability to do cable flies, pec decks (which I know db flies won't hit it the same.
I would assume change the leg presses for more squats and the curls/extensions for a stiff legged deadlift.
On triceps though, I see that there isn't any dips in the workout log, just french curls and tricep pushdowns.
I can most likely do the french curls or tricep kickbacks, but would it help to change maybe the tricep pushdowns for dips/ weighted dips even though it's replacing an isolation for a compound? Or should I stick to the isolations on those?
Just really focused on getting everything right this time around, have had month-2 month long sprees of following stupid workout advice in the past and really want to get it all sorted out this time around.
