Request Feedback on TSPA

Postby cmaso on Wed Feb 01, 2012 9:30 pm

Sorry if this isn't the right forum to ask, but I'd like to hear what anyone who's used Total Six-Pack Abs has to say about it (other than the folks who are trying to sell it, that is). Does it put you on an low-carb Atkins-ish diet, or any other kind that's unhealthy? Does it require special supplements? How long/often are the workouts?

I know there's a special members only forum for TSPA, but I'd like to get some feedback before, and not after, I buy this product. The web seems to have no independent user reviews...

Hi. I was worried about TSPA probably just as you are because I don't like throwing my money away. The diet doesn't require that you buy anything other than real food. Mark did a great job breaking down the diet and gives some great tips that you wouldn't find in any Atkins type of site. I lost 2 lbs a week at some points and found this worked really well for me. It was money well spent! haha.. I just realized I probably sound like an add. Anyway, for those of us who have used it, I haven't heard anything negative. I don't want to go into any specifics on exactly whats in the diet, but it's not hard to follow and the calculator Mark gives you is VERY helpful. That alone saved me a lot of time just trying to figure out my requirements. Anyway, just my 2 cents.

Cheers!!

There are many reviews by people that Mark has asked to use for testiminals including myself http://www.musclehack.com/25-off-total-six-pack-abs-3-new-testimonials/ I am the last of the three testimonials.

I am currently on my second TSPA diet and I have seen many people get results using the program. You do eat carbs so its not a ketosis diet like Atkins. The TSPA workout is 6 days a week but can be modified to 5 days or you can use your own workout if you want. The workouts are short. Mark has asked people who have bought the program to not go into actual details to be fair to him and others who have paid for the information so that is about as much as I can tell you about the program.

Thank you both - I understand about not going into details. If it's definitely not a ketosis diet, I'll give it a shot! I'm only wondering which book would be best to get - TSPA 2, TSPA 1.1, or if there's another, more recent I'm not aware of.

Let me start by saying i'm not selling anything. I am a TSPA member, a gym instructor and a personal trainer. TSPA is very effective and in my opinion a very healthy way of eating, but it is a Ketosis style diet (some of the time). The problem with Atkins was that is was far to fixed, wheras TSPA is not. Using TSPA i drop about 2lb per week and i would recomend it to anyone.

Thanks Aaron - I figured it must work similarly. Is the TSPA diet supposed to be permanent, or is it something you're supposed to stay on only during the program, more or less (keeping good eating and workout habits afterward, of course)?

Also - can anyone tell me if TSPA 2.1 is available anywhere as a physical book, or can one only get it as a download?

TSPA is not meant as a permanent diet. You use TSPA to reach a certain goal weight or bodyfat % and then go back to eating maintenacne calories or a bit more if your going back to trying to gain more muscle. TSPA2 is avaialble as a PDF only.
