Ive been doing 3.0 for about 5 weeks now, pretty good gains on it and so far I'm happy with the workout and Im sure once I'm finished it and moved onto something else I will return to it later.
Almost every exercise Im stronger with every week with the exception of two for the last 2 or 3 sessions.
Lateral raise Ive been stuck at the same weight and reps but im not too surprised as until 3.0 I had never done shoulders for some reason!
Overhead press goes up no probs constantly
But my Bicep curls I have been stuck at the same weight and reps.
Has anyone else had this problem and should I just keep at it and eventually I should break the barrier?
