For example, I am doing Chest and Triceps in a day.
Let's say I did 2 sets of Flat Bench Press, 2 sets of Incline DB Press, and 2 sets of Dips, total of 6 sets. Since training Chest also stimulates my Triceps and Shoulders, is it okay to train the small muscle group which is stimulated when training larger muscle group the same total sets? Or should we cut it a little lesser such as 2-4 sets or something like that?
