Oh boy. Indeed he does. I had no idea that info was there. It seems that when he refers to "cable crossover machine", that he is referring to the same idea we discussed above (with the single handle for one arm flys on the cable row system). But just the mere fact that he also says you can sub bench for the pec deck is cool too. This machine has a great bench setup since I don't need a spotter, so I may just do that.

This is fantastic guys. This really helps.
