Suggestions when progressing halts

I've been progressing nicely since I started THT. I've had personal bests everywehere which is awesome. I notice tho after I took 1 week off after THT, then begun HIT, I've still had gains in all areas, except chest. On THT I peaked on week 10 with sets of 200 at 8 reps. After the week off, I can BARELY get the bar going, I had to drop down to 175 to get atleast 6 reps out of it. Anyone else have this happen? So far this is the only area that has stopped progressing.

Been there, done that, annoying as all hell, just for me it's my biceps. Beyond aggravating.

Though, really, if you've only been back 1 week, you've really only had some atrophy during the off-week... I wouldn't really panic unless it's been a few weeks stuck at 175.
