I've been progressing nicely since I started THT. I've had personal bests everywehere which is awesome. I notice tho after I took 1 week off after THT, then begun HIT, I've still had gains in all areas, except chest. On THT I peaked on week 10 with sets of 200 at 8 reps. After the week off, I can BARELY get the bar going, I had to drop down to 175 to get atleast 6 reps out of it. Anyone else have this happen? So far this is the only area that has stopped progressing.
