I lol'd at that analagy. but yes, I'm also weaker on my bicep routine on back day than I was on 3.0

You can set it up like this if you don't want to work your biceps when they're weaker-

Monday: Chest, Abs
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Shoulders, Traps
Thursday: Biceps, Triceps
Friday: Legs

You can probably increase the volume for Back since it's alone. I'd just add in 2 extra sets on Back day of a different exercise like Lat Pulldown. Back is the biggest bodypart so it won't be a big deal on recovery time.

One week in and I'm wrecked but looking forward to tonight. My old gym is back, thankfully, so no subs.

Mark's done us a great service with this one, guys. I was honestly a little worried but after a week of poundings like that, it's definitely not a concern any longer!

I'm looking forward to flipping back and forth between TA 3.0 and Volume THT. My body will thank me, I'm sure - when it recovers! :D

Page 1, I've given different options from lifting only 2 days a week to 4 days a week.

Well im a week and a half in and already looking forward to my weeks rest lol.

Im loving so many facts about 3.1 especially the time saved as last thing i need is a megaworkout after work then go home see my daughter for like ten minutes before its her bedtime and near mine to for work again next day. Last week i was home at least half an hour difference from usual :)

When did mark bring out the TA3.1?

I didnt even know there was a 3.1 installment yet didnt get an email and cant find it on the site, whats the workout and sets?

Second week of TA3.1, and just about +3 or 4 reps on everything.

Many thanks. So I guess Mark thinks the one set to failure is NOT enough for complete muscle growth.
