I am new to this site and to the THT 4.0 plan. I am just getting started and trying to learn as much as I can. Here is the question....I have a full gym at my office of which I am taking advantage of 3 days a week. I would like to go to 5 days a week, but cannot workout at the office all five days. Which leads me to want to build a home gym so I have all five days covered. While I would like to get all the items recommended by Mark to build the home gym, my basement is nearly completely finished so I have minimal room for the gym. As such, I can get an adjustable bench in there....and was thinking about getting the ironmaster dumbells. This would fit good. But I am wondering....can I do THT 4.0 with full dumbells and still get the impressive results many of you are seeing on the program? I know that weight is weight....but wondering if all dumbell exercises will cut it?
