THT HIT Cycle vs. THT Volume Cycle

THT HIT Cycle vs. THT Volume Cycle

I started off with the Volume cycle and I'm into week #13. I know I'm supposed to switch to the HIT cycle after 10 weeks, but I'm still experiencing gains and growth. I have not hit any plateaus yet. Should I continue with the Volume cycle or is it really important that I switch to the HIT cycle now?

Quick question - have the gains slowed? I know you say they haven't stopped, but if your progress is slower you may want to consider a week off and then trade out programs. If not, I still suggest a week off (your body can use the recovery time), and then by all means keep at that 3-day split.

The gains haven't slowed and I really enjoy the workout. Thank you for your suggestion.
